It acts as a protective shield for various electrical devices to prevent any damage.Auto Voltage Regulator is capable to controlboth AC and DC voltages, which depends on the design of the circuit. This device is widely used in applications such as power distribution system, automobile alternator, power station generators and computer power supplies.The transformer has multiple taps that control the circuit and when the output voltage rises above a maximum set value the regulating device connects to a tap with a lower voltage.
